The visual difference between plain and grassland is not very big there... But I don't see a problem with that, since the differenc between plain and grassland (in civ terms) is not great at all (just 1 food)

Ares must be a bit of a perfectionist. It must be hard when a lot of people are waiting on your work and expectations are building.

I think it goes without saying that I am not the only one awaiting this eagerly. Good stuff so far; easily the best terrain set out there thus far (well once it actually IS out there, that is). And by all means take your time. I figure the quality increases with each passing day....you know what? Don't take that too literally. The sooner the better.

I just want to add my voice to the others, and thank you, Ares, for your amazing contributions to the community. I never play Civ3 without your Terrain pack. Take your time for the next version, the first one is already very good (in fact, it's the best there is as of now). From what I have seen, your are preparing something good. Bravo!

Let me give you some information. I have about 6 weeks until university starts again. During that time, I'll have to write about 120 pages of some scientific stuff. That's the bad news.

The good news is, everytime I need a break, I open Photoshop and start doing things. I've started work at this pack again but cannot exactly say when it will be done. Chances are 80% that it will be done before Easter.

Thanks for your patience guys, I hope you won't be disappointed in the end.

I think that we're just happy to hear that this is still going, however slow it may be. If it arrives by Easter, then that's just dandy. I'm sure that eventual disappointment is not a likelihood.
