Artist of War and Veteran Command are completable

Trung Trac + Art of War memento + Terracotta Army + Commissioned Officers (Exploration)/Ideological Warfare (Modern)

Farm/murder IPs and be at war with everyone all the time and it's doable. I got my main commander to level 18 and it's still getting levels. Veteran Command is probably easiest to complete with Fleet Commanders or Aerodrome Commanders.

Wait, it doesn't need to be two normal Commanders? Fleet Commanders count as well? Stupid me!

I didnt know either and probably would have had a much easier time getting this with fleet commanders...
Thank goodness for Trung Trac and those militaristic city states though. Now hopefully the "Pincushion" achievement will be completable soon.

Those are challenges. You could access the list from main menu while playing
