Expand down the Borol (OTL Zaire) River as well as down the coast. If all goes well, we'll have reached the mouth of the river.

As many historians have assumed Minnestron, or "The Great Stone Soup Bowl Civilization", wasn't lead by Master Chief Camp'ell for multiple centuries. They have assumed that for each century, there was at least one or possibly more Master Chief Camp'ells. The one leading Minnestron at this period in history was John Camp'ell, and most of the councilers had the same surname as the historic councilers, but they are not mentioned much in Minnestronian history.

Orders:

Begin a Wonder - Rouran: The essence of the project is to train local populations of Mongols and Avarians to be capable fighters. It will allow me to call up these people into the army for short periods of time for cheap, and when they are no longer needed they will go back to work in their tribes.

Both points of the economy are spent on creating a patchwork of roads to improve communication and integration within the Rouran confederation and to help bring neighboring tribes into the confederation peacefully while improving the transfer of goods between different tribes and helping with the economy.

The 4 army divisions are to help secure the tribes that are already in the Rouran and to help bring neighboring weaker tribes into the confederation whenever possible without sparking any large wars

Carthage: A History
Installment 1

Carthage, the civilization whose heart was present day Tunisia, were the masters of the sea. This may not have always been true, but in their own eyes, their was no one greater on the seas. For many years, they expanded their borders south into the Sahara, unable to expand along the coast due to its being flanked by Egypt and Alderia. While they did this, they focused on having a strong navy over an army, even having a poor army equipped with stone weapons and having their navy armed with the best weapons in the land. The Carthaginians soon created a unique unit which was so expensive to create, that it, at the time of its creation, took half of the total coffers to create. These War Galley Fleets were some of the most feared ships in the known world. The Carthaginians truly wished to maintain power over the Mediterranean Sea.

Carthage was friendly with nearly all its neighbors. They began trade with their North African brothers very early, and with Rome (along with an M.P.P.) after the Roman leader had a nightmare about fighting a series of wars with the Carthaginians. Of Carthage's friends, Rome had the best potential of being an ally. Rome had sold half of present day Sicily and Sardinia to the Carthaginians, which assisted Carthage with expanding their naval superiority and influence. After Carthage established its first colony, considered to be the first established colony in recorded history, they came into contact with the Benerians. Strangely, no relations were established between the two immediately, unlike with other neighbors of Carthage. These relations would help assist in what historians call "The Great Mediterranean Event"

Carthage's economy originally was focused around the sea. Fishing was the most common trade, and ships were always preferred over caravans. However, after some time, Carthage focused on obtaining and exploiting slave labor imported from their west Africa colony. With the huge influx of slave labor, more crops were produced along the limited fertile areas, precious metals were extracted faster and in larger amounts, and even naval ships were being built by slaves, only the common ships however. Carthage's access to sub-Saharan Africa and its ties with many kingdoms across the Mediterranean, would soon lead to Carthage's attempt to monopolize slave trading. With gold, silver, ivory, slaves, and trade ships moving to and from Carthage at a fast pace, Carthage was easily the fastest growing economy in the region.

Orders

Spoiler :
Spending:
-1 into economy. With more Harappans directing their attention to the west again, more and more traders are visiting Arabia and Sumer. These journeys bring back tales of huge cities and great wars, fascinating the citizens of Harappa. As a result, even more traders go there in search of wealth and knowledge.
-1 jack for another army

Military:
-Pull troops out of Simnala, offering peace upon seeing that Sinhalans aren't just barbarians. Sinhala is an NPC, so I'm guessing it will agree with peace. If it doesn't, continue fighting until they surrender.
-If Sinhala finally surrenders, it's time to turn our attention to the barbarians to our west! The world must be cleasned of these primitive people. Send 2 armies and one elephant division to strike deep into barbarian territory.
-My remaining army will guard Harappa.

Them orders were for the turn before this last turn lol.

This update does move quite fast, doesn't it? ;)

Amon, I just noticed there is no player for Japan. Would you rather I play Mongols or Japan? I am comfortable either way, Mongols were more tribal than Japan so they might be better represented by NPC barbarians, but that is all up to you.

I would play someone in America like you suggested but I really do not know anything about pre-Columbian American history.

Military Action
-The people of Harappa can see that Sumer is doomed, and is now all but defeated. It's time to strike and salvage whatever riches and people we can before their entire country is plunged into anarchy. 3 armies, along with an elephant division will be sent to attack Sumer, hopefully gaining cities without to much of a fight. the goal is to capture, not to destroy everything.
-One fleet will go and blocade any cities near the coast, forcing cities to surrender of starve.

Nothing about pre-columbian american history matters here ;). Your pre-columbian american civilization is strictly what you make it.

You could play Japan if you'd like. Really, it's all up to you. If you left the choice strctly to me, you'd go somewhere in america, but if you think Japan, or a steppe civilization would be more to your liking, be my guest and play as either.

To: Sumeria
From: Russia

We will agree to peace (if you cede Crimea to us) at current borders.

Sounds good. May the peace last until there is nowhere else to expand!

Orders amended.

To Sumeria
From the Arab Confderacy

No, we will gladly return the land of your we still hold, however we do not feel we should pay for what is a spoil of war. A victory prize so to speak... Considering that all the fighting to this day remains on your land, I do believe that this is a far arrangement.

ooc: Yes, yes I am a bastard arent I!

The Sumerian princess scremed as her captors threw her into the harem, surrounded by numerous beautiful women...
'Where am I' she asked.
Laughing the girls of the Arabian harem returned 'You are now the Sultan's b!%^# young foreigner, you will do well to please him'
'But he can't do that, I am a princess of Sumer!' the suddenly scared girl returned.
'Not anymore' the harem women returned in unison. The eyes of the princess widenend as the enormity of her situation began to take shape.

Footsteps began down the hall, 'The Sultan, the Sultan is coming' The girls started screaming, the princess instead just wanted to curl herself up in a ball and forget that this was all happening, perhaps it was just a nightmare.

The doors opened.

In strode Sultan Osman of Mecca, splendind in his finery. He gazed around the room, till he found the Sumerian princess curled up in the corner. 'This one' he told the gaurds, who then proceeded to snatch her from the ground and carry her into the awaiting chambers. 'Time to break her in' the Sultan observed as he followed in her wake.

Orders: Spend Four jack on Science and one on Navies. Continue to drive the foul Aztexs back to where they came! Also two armies are to board my ships (one at a time if nessicary) and make a landing further north in the middle of Aztex territory where we won't be expected.

Spoiler Arab Orders :

Invest one jack into science
Invest one jack into a new navy
Complete wonder (2 whole new economy levels, woohoo!)

The Navy is to continue to defend ports throughout the Confederacy.

Make peace with Sumeria unless they refuse my terms. Peace on those terms (pre-war borders, nothing else, NO PRINCESS, NO MONEY) or they can continue to die.

Continue the same military orders in Arabia proper as last turn with the 4 armies... Use our knowledge of the desert terrain, where the oasises are and all that to deny the Sumerians water supplies and also to ambush and destroy them... The Russians are able to use their winter, I should be able to use my sand!

3 armies in Africa are to continue the exapnsion of the colony, concentrating on expanding it towards the south. Continue building up fortifications along all borders with Egypt in case of assault.

Oh and continue having my fun with that princess I took, she was tasty!
