Orders

Spend 1 EC on upkeep
Spend 2 EC on upgrading the army to Bronze Age
Spend 4 EC on sciences to help assimilate the knowledge from all the incorporated tribes

Since we now have trained militias to keep order throughout the country and to defend against any possible attack, the entire military can help with the expansion. Our goals are the area with the river valleys in Turkestan and the Pacific Ocean. Same as before, simply incorporate local tribes into the Rouran Confederacy. No need to kill everyone.

Start a new wonder - Avaria: This turns the nation from a loose confederation of tribes into a single nation with a mostly unified culture resulting from the meshing of all of the tribes' cultures. Increased travel between parts of nations will help with trade and with the spread of ideas. Increases culture, sciences, economy, and makes revolts much less likely.

Yahkma: Spend my Two Jacks on New divisions. Then go on an all out attack against the Aztexas. Take large amounts of those cannablistics slaves-to-be and capture and enslave them, try to avoid killing, but if nessicary do it.

Annunaki had finally returned to the ruins of Mecca, despite it being Egyptian. The desert had been desolate for a long time. Ningirsu and the former Vultures gathered along to see the Meccan ruins. After a few months, Annunaki arrived at the Abagirru, better known as the ruins of Mecca. Nobody had set foot in Mecca since Annunaki burnt it to a crisp. Not even a trace of Mecca had surfaced. He burned Mecca so thoroughly, those who did not know that Mecca had been burnt could not find it. All he could tell by was a single black stone spared by the burning. It had not been broken, but it had been miraculously unharmed. The stone was recognized easily as the Black Stone, the holiest object in Arabian religion.

Ningirsu picked it up and saw it. After it, he handed it to Annunaki.

He looked into the stone. And he wept. He wept for his daughter Inanna, who Osman killed. He wept for his Vultures, who had died for Sumeria when it was carved into pieces. He wept for his cities, who had been destroyed by Arabia. He wept for his people, some who had been killed. He wept for his wife, who he had still not found. He wept for war, which had ravaged his nation for many, many years. And last but not least, he wept for himself, whose life was setting. Without an heir, the Sumerians would be without a leader.

He finally decided. "Ningirsu! I hereby take you as my son!"

And they journeyed back home together to enjoy the rest of their lives.

Start Wonder: The Golden Temple (+Economy)

Use our troops to pan out and conquer the barbarians in all directions (Ie; Don't attack other civs)

ORDERS: Start the AWESOME STATUE OF KING LEONIDAS XXX. It is the well-hung statue of King Leonidas XXX in the middle of Sparta, wearing nothing but his molten metal body coverings, a shield, and a spear. It will forever remind people how AWESOME SPARTA is. (+fearful and nigh-absolute loyalty from all the subjects and future subjects of SPARTA, +economy from the people flocking to the city to bask in the greatness of the statue)

Bank another jack, send in specialist BAMF swimmers to beat up the Egyptian ships.

STORY:
A fearful first mate in the Egyptian Ship Pyramidhotep called out to his superior. He was motioning to the sides of the ship, which was lurching rather strongly forward and backwards against the crashing waves.

"Captain!"

"Aye, ye landlubber?"

"Captain, there's something rocking the SHIP!"

"What be rockin' this ship? It be a Galley-Ass! Nothin' be rockin' it but the stormy seas that seek to tear it asunder!"

"Then it could be that!"

"... Oh, aye."

The two Egyptians stared at each other for a moment, until the Sun glinted off he side of one of the Bad-ass Mother<expletive>s' shiny metal bodies as they boarded the ship.

"Spartans, Captain!"

"I can see that, ye moron!"

"Yessir, but wat do we do?"

"Cap'ns always go down wi' tharrr ships!"

"I mean, what do we do to avoid you going down with your ship?"

"WE FIGHT!"

"But, they're SPARTANS!"

"WE OUTNUMBER THEM A HUNDRED TO ONE, WE FIGHT!"

With a flurry of swishes and swooshing, the Egyptian swashbucklers were able to kill the SPARTANs. Little did they know, however, that the swimmers were just distracting them...

"What's that, Captain?"

"Wha' be you're b-tching now?"

"The horizon, it's going up..."

"Huh? Ye be seeing things. The sea be a cruel, hallucinogenic mistress, aye!"

"Maybe you're right, sir."

"Ahk, you sicken me with your whining, landlubber. Someone get me my WINE."

"We do have rum, sir."

"What ye think I be, a PIRATE?"

"Well..."

"I be COMMODORE of this harrr SHIP, ADMIRAL of this harrr FLEET. I ain't no stinkin' PIRATE. I LOATHE them scum o' the SEA, them SCURVY DOGS, them UNCOUTH KNAVES. Aye!"

Suddenly, a shout came from the ship's cellars. It was one of the deckhands.

"Captain! Do you like your wine a little... watered down?" asked the deckhand from below.

"Well, I don' want any nasty hangovers... Aye, why no', eh? Give it here!"

"A little... salty?"

"Ne'er tried it... HEY, YE BE IMPLYIN' SOMETHIN', AIN'T YOU?"

"Yessir."

"Aye, the gods be cruel to you, me lass, me Pyramidhotep..."

Later that day, the entire crew of the Pyramidhotep were floating on the briny sea on life rafts, along with other crews of other ships. The only man missing was the Captain, who got drunk and dehydrated on saltwatery wine as he went down faithfully with his ship.

Yeah, there's no way Egypt can put down SPARTA.
