Empress Har'jin of Capi-Latsu

Empress Har'jin is the first Empress and the first Amonists in Capi-Latsu. She is short but not plump, but her most important innovation is the mass distribution of the Plaque Cure.

She believe Amon has bestowed it to them to restore the honor and used it on all her citizens and with Capi-Latsu having better soldiers than Han, who have blown genitals and flabby arms, they annexted what was remained of their country.

She also modernizes the army. Arming them with a light Bronze-Iron Hybraid
