Recreation steps:
End a turn where a tech or civic is one turn from completion, and you have one turn left to produce something that would trigger a eureka (an Aqueduct, Ancient Walls, 3rd Archer etc).
At the start of the next turn, the eureka pop up appears first, while the tech quote you just researched is narrated in the background, then when you close the prompt, the tech prompt appears and it is narrated a second time.
A minor bug but annoying nevertheless. This not happen prior to the Australian patch.
