Fixed.
I tried resizing it so the width is 70 pixels and adjusted the brightness a bit, I'll let someone else take over if you want anything more complicated than that done.

it said the files invalid... should i put it on from here or save to my computer first?

I would suggest saving it to your computer and then either uploading it directly to CFC or through a photobucket or imageshack type of website.
