Erik from chatty managed to make a pretty good edit of that pic ...

But what exactly does it represent - is it just a man "praising" the sun or a man being tortured on a wheel (look at the 4 corners of the pic) ?

Anyway - i'll be using erik's edit unless someone manages to find the original pic in civ4 files and somehow do some voodoo to make it look better.

I've searched too. Is it possible that I could trace it from on the TV, take a pic of it on a digital camera, and then upload it to CivFanatics?

Can't you feed your TV signal into your PC? Or don't you have the connections?

Thats a pretty stupid conclusion. A lot of pc's come with tv tuners...yet without scanners.
