Bahn Leader failure

So I'm creating a custom leaderhead for my personal nation, ported from Civ 5.

I don't know why he's not working, so I'll link the nif file here.

The XML art defines and leaderhead defines ARE correct, so I don't think I need to post them. I think the problem is in the nif file. Could someone help?

Anyone able to help me figure out what the problem is? I'm at a loss.

My leaderhead works now. Turns out, after reading Ekmek's leaderhead guide, I was able to safely swap the nifs to the original source file.
