Bandit's plot tooltip [Early portotype]

Hello! I am making a mod replacing default plot tooltip that contains randomly ordered list of tile features with Civ V -like one that contains structured list of features.

There are still a few changes to the layout planned such as new feature class names and reordering feature classes.

I want to request help translating it to different languages, most importantly officially supported, community made would be great too.
