No. I'm using the original 1.0 biq as it's from general-jcl while the 1.3 is from Rocoteh. 1.0 biq is (was) completely in french but it has more units, graphics, countries and such. That's why I'm translating it now.

This mod addresses the same subject, namely the war in the East during ww2 but it is different from Rocoteh's one. It is not the same scale. The map, units, buildings and wonders are also different. His name 'Barbarossa II' refers to an earlier version that I made on a French site and is not suited to be in the continuity of Rocoteh's version.

It doesn't really matter. Rocoteh made a new scenario based on general-jcl's old scenario and this is a sequel to the general-jcl's old scenario. So they are technically two different things. As general-jcl already said, Rocoteh's Barbarossa II 1.3 is on a different map and includes only Germany and Russia with Germany ruling over Finnish, German, Romanian and Hungarian areas with Italy and some of the Hungarian and Romanian areas unsettled. It also includes less units and graphics to decrease the download size.

My translation is about halfway done with most of the units still needed to be renamed. I couldn't work on it today as I were at my dad's godmother's funeral for the whole day (with 4 hour trip back and forth).

I've got a problem though. I can't find Testin on any map! What is that city supposed to be?

'Testin'? I do not remember such a city in the game. Are you sure you have good writing?
Can you locate it compared to other cities

In-game Testin is a city in Poland (occupied by Germany) near German cities Prague, Teplitz, Breslau, Tarnow and Olmütz (Olomouc). It seems to be in Carpathian Mountains.

I've looked at the map and I can't find any city even close to that name. Not even their German names are close.

Oh i understand now: you are using an old version of the scenario!
You didn't patched it (see post #1)
The patched version of this game contains new units, buildings, wonders and a new map (without Testin). I do not remember why I deleted this city. Maybe a translation error? The name given by the German or the provisional name given during the war?
