Best Intro Movie?

Kinda silly but 1 that stands out in my mind is from WCW vs NWO for the N64.

It went on for 2 minutes+ with some great music.Really got ya in the mood for some rasslin...

As mentioned,Call of Duty:Finest Hour has an excellent intro.Very intense and inspiring.

Total Annihilation was awesome. I LOVED Soul Calibur 2, though. It was so beautiful. Super Smash Bros. Melee was pretty awesome, but Zelda: Ocarina of time was the best ever. It brings back nostalgia every time.

Edit: wait, wait, wait, Age of Mythology was truly awe-indpiring!!

Dawn of War has to have the best intro ever. It's amazingly well done. Definatley beats RA2, and TA....

The Mechcommander intro was also pretty cool!

Anarchy Online intro was the best.
Both StarCraft intros were good. BF1942 also. And MechWarrior 4.

Mechcommander's rawked. All of the Mech games have pretty sweet movies. Mechwarrior 4 was especially good.

Red Alert 1, with that Hell March song played full blast. Awesome!

Diablo 2 was nifty. Game was dumb, but the movies were top-notch.

Probably my favorite is Fallout, though. In terms of setting the mood for the game, that one is about the best you could get.

The high-tech "throbs" and SHODAN speaking at the beginning of System Shock 2 is worth mentioning.

Play The World had the best of the Civ games.

Worst movie for a good game? Half-Life, easy! God, that lame-ass train ride you can't skip through.

Best: StarCraft: Broodwar.. Original StarCraft was good to, same with Red Alert I (why, why didn't they stop there? sigh..)

I haven't seen many of the ones that have been suggested, but I'm going to say "Onimusha 3" for the PS2 has a really amazing intro.

I don't really recall, but wasn't the intro to FF7 just a quick establishing shot? How does that qualify as best intro ever?

It's part of FF7, therefore it instantly becomes better than everything else in the eyes of FF7 Fans.

I call it the 'hype factor'.

Total Annihilation has a good intro, but the intro movie for Hegemonia (an obscure but AWESOME-looking space RTS) is just completely sweet.

Myst IV Revelation's intro is comparable to Lord of the Rings. Seriously, it's awesome.
