Best place to buy C3C

Let's start a thread to list the best places to buy C3C. It appears you can only get it online for the mac currently, as my compUSA doesn't appear to stock it. Most people will go to amazon.com, but I know that I personally have a beef against them for not hiring my sister several years ago because she has epilepsy (long story, involving discrimination laws, lies, the cost of covering her on their medical insurance, and a lawyer or two).

I found copies at smalldog.com for $47 plus $7 shipping. http://store.purplus.net/ has it for $43 plus $7 shipping for 2-3 day USPS priority, or $3.85 for USPS standard.

In the UK - MacGold came up trumps when Amazon tried to go out of business. They only deliver in the UK, though. Amazon UK are pretty good as a rule, and I'm hoping Macintosh, in Germany, has found that they'll also deliver outside the UK..
