I don't think he did unless there has been a subsequent edit. Didn't Holy King crack the case a few posts earlier and establish that Oldschooler's death wish was simply to be suffocated by boobs?

He did, so props, but it could have been anything else, including being suffocated by the mafia in a fetish way that turned him on. So instead it communicates to most of us the most common affiliation with dying from sexual suffocation. Another way of putting it is that the idiom of death by sexual suffocation is.... whatever the name for that thing is that we were discussing.
