Could we adjust the whale north of Spain? It can not be used by any city
 
I have the bug with all UHVs failed at spawn, this time as Germany. I have all autosaves from autoplay, however I saw that the UHVs counter in the scoreboard was dark grey during the autoplay.
 
Prague could also get some adjustments. If you move eastern silver and iron then both Leipzig and Prague could get it, and the one with the msot culture would win.
 
Prague is a sorry case in this mod anyway, given how important it was under the Luxembourg emperors. I also don't understand why it is in Austria's core ...
 
Why Lorraine is unstable for Germany, while Champagne, Burgundy and Flanders are OK? Was there a gap in HRE?:crazyeye: Trier lies in Lorraine (in game) and it was an important German city.
 
Maybe Krakow should start with catholicism? Because naw I see orthodox Poland far too often and the start date represents converting to catholicism.

Good idea, Krakow was founded sometime in the Ninth Century and since Poland spawns in 966 I think we should set it to that for both realism and gameplay
 
Why does the Ottomans start in the Northern Byzantine Territory? Shouldnt they start in the Southeastern modern day Turkey and work their way on to capturing Canstandinopolis? Love the mod, but when started with Dutch, all Civs East of Germany had collapsed (not Hungary but they were close). It was just a huge mass of independent states. I do like the change for Kieven territory UHV. It did make easier to understand. Great job everyone working on the mod. I can't wait to see what the best versions end up as.

They should start right next to Constantinople and the stack in Europe represents their fist invasion. Otherwise the AI takes too long to get Constantinople and move into Europe.
 
Wow, I thought the invasion was from the southeast, guess not. Sorry man. Love the mod! My other recommendation is to make Judaism get some benefits for conversion, not accurate, but still adds a little gameplay. Add civ recommendation: Tunisia
 
I recomend adding some type of north african civilization for trade purposes, like Algeria or Tunisia. Or maybe the Tunisian pirates
 
As Turkey, Ephesus used to flip as you spawned (after the 3 turns) and now it doesn't. Also Byzantines are still extremely powerful: they had all of greece, turkey, and the holy lands when I spawned. (this will probably be fixed for beta 8)

There is no room for more civs. BTW, those civs didn't play an important role in the history of Europe.

This isn't true. Adding more civs would slow down the game even more, that I'd agree. But there *is* room for more civs, be it on the map or in the dll.

Sure. The idea is especially to fill a gap which I find is glaring. Sometimes Arabia has all of North Africa but most of my games, NA is devoid of anything interesting.

(Another idea would be to add the Golden Horde, which had a role in the history of Europe. Feel they'd be a nice civ to play :p)
 
Islamic madrassa should be +2 culture and +15% science just like the monastaries. House of wisdom already gives that scientific edge.
