I've noticed quite a bit of rivers too, although i'm not sure if it's an actual trend or not.
I do like how you blamed me for your overreaction from a meme. The OP doesn't say anything about "testing an overflow" so I assumed you really gonna add a proc which contribute to proc'ing itself. Having Lebensraum is already bad enough, but at least the amount of border expansions per city is limited.
Yes, I've also noticed the trend with rivers not long ago. There's tons of them now (playing on Continents plus). Have there been a civ steam update by any chance?
... Are you really trying to gather sympathy for the fact that you're negative? What a meanie indeed. I guess should we kill all negative people so everyone would live happily afterwards?

Awesome work, Gazebo. I know UI is your weakness, so kudos for bothering with those things.
Speaking of UI changes to the Trade Route Destination screen, would it be possible to put thetrade route icon next to a CS that has the trade route request quest?
It's already there - it's the international trade route icon (circle with the city inside of it).

In CP or just CBP? I didn't notice it in my last game (unless it's in this latest update).
It's an extremely useful addition by the way. Surprised the main game didn't have it.
Danke. Weakness...yeah, it is. Well kinda. I just hate working with lua because load/reload takes forever when debugging.
Oh, hey, forgot to ask – how's the new artwork feeling for everyone? I'm not an artist, but I do what I can (the stuff I replaced was pretty low-res...).

The splash screen when you load up a game looks a bit off for my resolution. The image is a bit pixelated at 1920x1080. I honestly liked the old splash screen better. Also, the left margins for the text is a bit too small. I didn't really notice any other art changes though o.0 can someone make a summary of those?
Looking at the icons (not just those, all of them), I can say that I could provide you with better ones for a lot of these, but you said in another post that you don't want to change because you don't want to hurt some people's feelings (which I kinda disagree with because I feel quality has a higher priority than feelings, but whatever). That's all EUI-related stuff, but I'd definitely let bc1 know (as I just keep EUI sync'd up with the CBP's EUI). Truth be told, I don't much care for the full-screen loading art myself.
New art = icons for a couple of buildings, i.e. Stockyard (now Agribusiness), Mission, Odeon (now Acropolis), Throne Room, Royal Guardhouse, and...something else I'm forgetting.

Forgot to mention: I'm a little concerned by the lowering of the bonus gold from trade routes in river cities. I fear that this, along with the across-the-board reduction of income from international trade routes, might make the bonus a non-factor. For one, I like the immersion that settling a city on a river bank and making that city a trade hub creates, but I also feel like this is potentially a balance issue. That's due to the fact that the bonus only applies to land trade routes which, I'd say, are already mostly inferior to sea trade routes.

Problem is, I can see the image file which has all icons in a row, but I can't put names to the icons. And it's hard to find them in-game.
