After some teething problems I will be hosting a BTS PB using the 10 new Civilizations. Time is set to 20 hrs per turn although if logistically we can organize a time for all of us to be online at the same time then we'll kick it off properly.

I can't log in to the hamachi network. It says password rejected when I leave blank or put in 'none'.

perhaps having no password is frowned upon!

So I have added a password = 6037

I know squat about Hamachi. Does doing this risk connectivity to my other PitBoss games?

Hi Whip.

No I think not.

It won't affect the way you reach the internet, but it does allow for easier connection to a designated Vetwork (ie you and the otherplayers and the host)

As a sidebar, suddenly there is a new BTS patch which I am downloading now. I might leave the game up, but I will be updating to the new version. Not sure if I'll have to restart the game.

Can't join hamachi yet tho; I suppose host is not online at the mo.

Btw. Is this going to be directip over hamachi? In which case we will need to know the host's hamachi ip address.

Why can't I password protect my civ? (Sumerian)

I got Hamachi and joined the 6037Civ network.
I don't know how to join the game.
I looked under lan games and none were listed.
What am I doing wrong?

Just enter the IP address of the host, which is under the name, 6037D

1. log in to hamachi network (in this case 6037Civ - password 6037)

2. Start BTS and select multiplayer then directip

3. enter into the host ip box the hosts hamachi ip which in this case is 5.91.212.14

then select your civ.

ok?

Hi all. We have 5 Players So far.

I have an expression of interest from a friend so I will confirm that today. SO perhaps there are 4 spots left.

Now to those more experienced with PitBoss, How do you make sure that everyone gets to start at Turn 1.
