Beyond the Sword won't load

I'm having this problem where if I try to open BtS, the loading screen (with the 'Init XML' etc...) opens and shows the game loading. Before it's done loading an error message pops up saying
'Initialize Renderer failed. Check DirectX Installation, Latest Graphics Drivers and Graphics Settings'

This happened before but since then I forgot how to deal with it.

Try updating your DirectX files again. See my thread in the top of this forum for details.
