I addressed that inthe update. It failed as a project because so many other Order Basilicas were also built. It is still their HQ, but just not a project level building.

Just to clarify Bird, I don't directly spend money on recruiting Knights, since that's done by the Basilicas, (Basilicae?) but only pay for the upkeep. So my surplus E.P. could be spent on...other things, assuming that I don't exceed 2,150 Knights, the current maximum amount paid for by the upkeep, correct?

jus looking at stats... wasnt there a rule on max bankable amount?.. some NPC's are sitting on quite a ridiculus pile even though they should be only a relativly "small" nation...

Pirate booty is subtracted from a hidden cell in the spread sheet that does not get posted. When I get the trade rules settled, I will repost the actual spreadsheets so folks can download them and see the new formulas etc.
Yes, but since I have only 2 so far, I doubt they will all be in by then. Send yours and I will look them over and let you know if they are OK. You will get time to correct them if necessary. I do tend to be lax on the deadline.
