Genoa is nice, but I'm switching to Kalmar once the update is over. A lot more to do with it (though init is the same ^_^).
I've read a lot about the Scandis/Nordics too (and am half Scandi) and will read all updates not concerning Scandi, so don't worry doubters. ;P

It looks like Shadowbound was a one turn wonder who jumped in as Kalmar to participate in the HRE elections, didn't get what he wanted and quit. Be aware that Karalysia (now playing Bavaria) posted an interest in Kalmar also. I don't know how serious that was. Like you he is waiting for the update to see what's what. You might check with him. and post your rules questions.

You're all done but the writing at this point?
Pretty much. Three private maps are done and the main map except for war results that will get changed when the writing is complete. The NPC stats need to be finished, but those don't take too long. Things look good.
Most likely next weekend. I've broken the update into topical sections that better accommdate the complexity of the orders for this update. This will be different than the nation centered updates of the past. As usual, it is all subject to change as I make progress. As you can see several sections are done; others partially so. The posting date is dependent upon how much I can get done during the week in the evening. If I can get half of those left done before Friday, then I should be able to post this weekend. Some are tougher to write than others.
