Black screen ==> manuel restart

Sometimes when I start up CIV 5 BNW, instead of showing the startup logo & video, it just goes to a black screen and sends my PC into a coma with no other options then a manual restart. I'd say it happens 1 out of 20 times I start the game and it only started once I got BNW.

Anyone who knows of this issue??
