We have no Interest and partially doubt the Pacts intentions against Germany.
In the End Austria was a rotten piece of **** and Austrians are germans afterall, so we see little problems with Germanies actions.

Hungary, Italy and Serbia announce that they will no longer be allowing any goods to pass through their territory en route to Germany or Turkey.

The Russian Tsar is most displeased with the fact that the European nations seem unable to live in peace. For that reason, in order to preserve peace and stability in Europe, the Tsar demands that Germany and the Trieste Pact both back down and accept the current borders. If Germany expands anymore or finances socialist rebels in other European countries, Russia shall intervene. If the Trieste Pact declares war on Germany, Russia shall support Germany with military and financial aid. Any dispute between the two sides should be solved through diplomacy or Russia shall side with the defender against the aggressor, whoever that may be. Neither Germany nor the Trieste Pact are to embroil Europe in a war.

The Republic of Spain graciously refuses this offer. An external war does not appear to serve the Republic's interest at the moment.

No communication from the Russian Empire will be acknowledged as long as the repugnant Tsarist regime supports the criminals in Yunnan, and as long as the forceful and unlawful occupation of Sinkiang continues.

It also denounces the Russian threats that if their measly offer is not accepted, "Russia will use all its might to enforce peace in East Asia" as revealing of the null interest of the despicable regime in peace but conquest. No imperial flag shall fly over China, be it Qing or Russian.
