Blue Skinned People

The blue skinned people are vermin and must be exterminated!!! :mwaha: :satan:

Haha! But seriously, blue skin? I'd prefer to have green skin instead of blue. Green skin would blend with natural surroundings, giving humans the natural color to hide themselves from predators like other animals etc. Well at least in places where green vegitation is prevalent. OR have people's skin colors the same as their natural surroundings. Like an eskimo would be pure white or someone from Russia would have a pleasent evergreen green color or someone from India would have a yellowish brown color.

I hope no one's taking this seriously.

I think like hair coloring/dyeing in E Asian countries (a Japanese fad spread all around), people will choose the color they want themselves, rather than adhere to any set standard... We will see an explosion of skin colors.

Using the hair e.g. of today, I expect to see gold, dark blue, dark red, white, dark brown, lighter forms of red and blue... :crazyeye:

Been done already, years ago, in Ursula K LeGuin's the 'Lathe of Heaven'.

Ben Stacy is described as haveing bluish color to his nails and lips. I have a slight bluish tinge to my nails, and my nails, lips and eyelids turn unusually blue when I get cold.

I have no known ancestors from Kentucky (my geneology has been exhaustively traced back to the 18th century in America and a few branches back to Europe before that).

Humor doesn't always come with a smile.

That's too bad. I can see the billboards now, "Free smiley with every piece of humour!" :sigh:

But seriously Sultan and XIII, I don't see this gaining popularity if happening at all. Changing hair colour and painting finger and toe nails is one thing, but I really can't see a lot of people wanting to change their skin colour. I can't offer any reason for feeling that way, it's just my gut feel.

oooops, my bad! Sorry about that...sometimes the "r" word gets thrown around in forums and its a tough call when someone's kidding with you. My apologies for the confusion. (I actually debated myself if you were joking or not because you always have excellent posts.)

I promise I'll keep my sense of humor in the future! :)

Skin colour will hadly matter.

Pathetic headcases will always find some way to divide humanity and pick a fight.

It is sick minds, not skin pigmentation that has to change.

You're probably right - but I'd say some'd (esp Asian women) like to 'whiten' their skin color a bit, like in the Far East, where the idea that fairness=beauty is quite strong.

Also, the case of Michael Jackson comes to mind... :p why not make the tech available for everyone at a more affordable price? Freedom is in having a choice...

What if I choose to make my skin tone invisible, then choose to rob a few stores or something more devious?
