From the way Steam usually works, if they don't catch the mistake and people buy it at the other price, there is nothing they can do.
A usual they overcharge us here in OZ - 44.99 which is about 42 US on current exchange rates. Games companies wonder why people pirate things. I couldn't be bothered doing that but the clear overcharging does irk me.

For me it is 27 EUR here in Hungary (I know, we're EU... not with EU level salaries, though)
