Bob 2 died

Bob Casale, also known as Bob 2, has died on 17 February on the age of 61. He was the guitarist and synth player of the band DEVO. I wasn't following this band actively at the time, but the band is actually highly influential, despite its relative obscurity. And no doubt he was an important part of it too.

I'm going to play some of DEVO's songs in his honour. Rest in peace!

DEVO didn't have significant general popularity (I think the only charted once on Billboard) but among actual artists they're legends.

I haven't listened to much of their stuff, but it is just 'weird' and not proficient in any way at all (in my view).

Rip of course. He knows more about what comes after this Earthbound life than any of us certainly.

I guess he was influential among those who are inclined to be influenced by such stuff.
