Since no one has taken the job as boreum governor, that I can see, I'm posting a poll on it. Maybe some will have time to check it before tomorrow morning, better late than never.
This poll is based on Gary's post here .

There are three uncovered spots left in this province. N N N of MD (quite a few squares left, one fish), W W of Eboracum (one forest square left) and SE SE SE of MD (one s grass left). Shall we build filler cities here, preferably N N N of MD with OP settler first?

OP grows in two and Eboracum in 4 turns.

I didn't post any 'other' option, I expect people to have other opinions anyway.

Hope I didn't forget anything.:)
 
Thank you. funxus is now Boreum Governor. Sadly, he does not see fit to Build River Bend Bridge Filler.

I will study this later, but generally recommend against IPRB, since we are planning to purchase more Viking and Indian assets. Ebor can hire Elvis to complete the Temple.

IPRB Neuma $4, so Caravan 24/50 in 6 turns sounds good.
 
I assume we can't build River Bend Bridge Filler, and voted so:

Marl Downs next build a Diplomat in 6 turns.
  Trireme in 1 turn, Warrior Sailor is ready. Grows in 36 ok.
MD could gain 1 beaker by moving Forest serf onto Road Plains, or gain 1 gold + 1 beaker by moving Forest serf onto ocean. Otherwise, 2 Roads serfs, 1 Forest, 5 shields /turn.

Mordhiemia: finish Temple, then starts Caravan
  Supplies Silk, Dye, Cloth ... Dehli.8 demands Silk.
Eboracum: DO NOT RUSH BUY Temple, Elvis in 3.
OP settler build city, switch Arch to Settler in OP

What I'd rather do is: MD Settler build River Bend Bridge Filler, just E E of Reneaux, MD to complete Trireme and start another Settler.

Looking at the vote so far, Neuma IPRB $4 is carrying, also OP Settler build city and switch Archer to another Settler. This sounds good to me, another city, and OP has irrigation and is thus a Settler Factory. But where? MD NE NE NE on the coast. I'l need a guard real quick, but mayne there is no AI over here... Not sure.
 
I thought I was Boreum governor... I can no longer post though, until the 14th because BT will not come out to fix our phone line until then so this will be my last post until then.
