So Brazil is confirmed alongside Assyria and Poland from PAX East. Their leader is Pedro II and they are two shades of Green. I couldn't quite see what their logo is but maybe someone else has noticed.

Other than that, thy are up for speculation... so speculate!

That's silly. Why would the symbol of Imperial Brazil mean "no Portugal"?
