Broken trade route

I'm trying to set up a naval trade route, but I've encountered some strange glitches.
Surely Quebec, Sofia, or even Porto is in reach for this Cargo ship travelling from Berlin? Apparently not.

Saw a similar messed up trade screen in a recent game. Try relocating the cargo ship to another city. If that doesn't work, try saving and reloading the game.

this happend to me to. do u use a resolution mod? that broked my trade routes

Couldn't relocate the ship, cause Berlin was my only coastal city :/
And reloading didn't work.

I'm using Civ IV Diplomacy Options (or whatever it's called), which I have heard has some problems with the new patch.

Oh well, might just start a new game without that mod from now on :/
