[BtS] DIPLOMACY: a mod for Diplogames!

I think Armenia should definitely be there.
The second one should be either the Berbers, or the Uzbeks\Timurids.

Alright, the mod will be released including these civs (and the "smaller" version will have this module pack):

- Chile
- Hittites
- Polynesians
- Franks (unless I decide to rework the HRE as the Franks of course)
- Berbers
- Armenians
- Timurids (if I change the HRE to the Franks in the normal game that is, I may throw it in either way though)

This is going to require more LHs obviously, so it will delay the release date a bit.

EDIT: Any good ideas for an Armenian leader or leaders?

I already gave you a suggestion: Tigranes the Great. Also, if you need any help with city lists tell me.

Tigranes would be good. Also, if you want to have a modern Armenian leader as well, Andranik Toro Ozanian.
Big figure in the revolution against the Turks during/after the Armenian genocide.

Tigranes and Andranik will be the leaders.

@ Madman; can you make a button/flag for Polynesia using the old Arab lime-green color and maybe a pink or sherbert-orange looking scheme? You can use the symbol from that Hawaiian flag but I was wondering if you could do a few options for them. I was thinking some sort of tropical flower, and a tiki statue looking symbol.

I am also about to get a Haitian preview together. It may take a few hours though.

I did one already, but with a pink/salmonish color and the present Arab green (the old Ottoman) just like Civ Gold.

Armenia will be the silhouette of Mt. Ararat, like the coat of arms. Timurids will be three dots. And Berbers will be the symbol from the Berber flag.

Cool, thanks.

I'm working on the Armenian button. Armenia has a central location, so I should choose a very unique color.

I have a tiki flag, though.

I think I'll use red orange for Armenia.

Do whatever you think will look best. You're the man at this stuff.

I just looked through the entire thread and I can't find the color specs for Haiti (I did find the city list though) so if you remember where you had that that'd be great. Othrewise I'll just look at the button and try to wing it.

Haiti's colors are deep cerise (218, 50, 135) and black.

I chose red orange for Armenia because it combines the orange from the flag and coat of arms and the red from their soccer shirts.

[EDIT: Assyria's colors are very dark orange (139, 69, 0) and orange.]

In my haste to make Haiti I forgot about the stats for the Tonton Macoutes and the Kompas Club. Any ideas? Tontons will replace Infantry and Kompas Club will replace the Theatre.

Tontons need either a city defense bonus or a city attack bonus. Former would be more realistic.
Kompas Club should grant a happiness boost and a small cultural boost.

What if I did this for the Tonton. I give them a city defense bonus, lower their strength by a couple points and make them half (or close to half) as costly to build?

That sounds good.

Perfect, actually.

Since we have a new Hiawatha, I wrote this diplotext for him.

First Contact:
Greetings. I am [OUR_NAME], chief of the [OUR_EMPIRE]. A good chief does not take, he gives. Are you a good chief, [CT_NAME]?

Refuse to Talk:
Go away before I feed you to the bears!

No Peace:
Nonsense. The [OUR_CIV_ADJ] is forever unbreakable, and we are strong enough to resist you.

Friendly Greeting:
My heart beats for you like the shining Big-Sea-Water, [CT_NAME]!*

Annoyed Greeting:
You are not my kemo sabe, [CT_NAME]!**

Demand Tribute Weaker:
We have been good to you so far. It is time now for you to be good to us.

Demand Tribute Equal:
We adore peace, [CT_NAME]. However, we despise miserliness as well. Pay up.

Demand Tribute Stronger:
Shall we have this lest your body sink in the forked river?

* From Henry Wadsworth Longfellow's Song of Hiawatha
** A nod to Tonto, who was played by Jay Silverheels, an Iroquois

Well I have finally got the Haitian preview together, so I hope you all like it. The ancient units are just generic African ones, but they look good too. The medieval ones are loosely based on the Voodoo culture, the early industrial use French uniforms and are based on drawings of Toussaint L'Ouverture. The Rifleman and Cavalry are sort of an artistic liscence, but I could change those.

I have also attached a few in-game shots of the Tonton Macoute UU. I may alter that one a little too.

Awesome.
Can't wait to try them out. Really looking forward to them and Siam.
Also, is the musketman white? Rifleman, rather.
