BTS help

Okay i got Civ4, Warlords and BTS (plus few mods). Every one of them worked fine. Then i played BTS and changed resolution to 1920x1080 and it crashed (version of that is 3.17)
However Civ4 and Warlords ran both fine with 1920x1080. I tried to run game again but now it always shows this thing after it starts loading engine:
I´ve tried to reinstall(nothing) and install patch 3.19 (it didnt even install). Plz what could i do.

You could try installing the newest DirectX drivers.

I have already newest directX ....

EDIT: However i have "few"(22) important windows updates i need to get! Downloading now... Telling later did it work.

EDIT 2: It didn´t work .... Any clue what i have to do?

graphics driver should be up to date ( Will check it tomorrow again)
Patch 3.19 ain´t working (tomorrow will check forums for solution)

OK case is closed. Found out that it runs fine in windowed mode! Thanks for all and sorry to bother you.

OK now i have new problem. I can´t patch the game from 3.17 to 3.19. I´ve tried to use the ingame update and patch found here at CFC. Neither does work .
