...huh. They are definitely called War Galleys for me. I used the download link in this forum about a week and a half ago. The game is working fine and I'm not noticing anything that makes me suspect I'm on that branch, although I might be missing some things since I haven't played in a few months, and previously haven't been able to play this late in the game.

You're using Variatus Delectat. Triremes are renamed to War Galleys since most civilizations don't use the Trireme art. Other text (like the event) isn't changed to help maintain compatibility with the main mod.
This has been discussed back then and I think you were active at the time, maybe you should reread the discussion thread.
The date hasn't been discussd extensively. There are both proposals there ~70AD and 320AD. But I can give feedback there.
So, I have a few issues with this save:
1. The game crashes on the next turn (758) consistently, and I can't figure out why.
2. For some reason Buddhism was never founded, there are plenty of Hindu cities so it's a little hard to believe none of them built a temple. This make things a little awkward as Korea, Japan, and Tibet still spawned with Buddhism as their state religion.
3. Once again, Danni Baa became the Orthodox holy city somehow. Fortunately I have a save from around the time it happened, so I've included that as well.

Thanks for all the saves, this will likely help me a lot to fix some outstanding issues.

In the DoC 1.14 at the beginning of the game an FATAL_ERROR (Memory allocation failure - exiting program. Reason: bad allocation), but in the DoC 1.13 there is no error.
I have installed the DoC Core Installer and DoC Patch v1.14.0.rar.

Yes, of corse. The DoC 1.12 had a similar problem, but much later, when there were many items on the map. I reduced the quality of the graphics to a minimum.

I repeat, the DoC 1.13 (the Development Version) is no this error, only DoC 1.12 and DoC 1.14 (the DoC Core Installer).
