Bug Reports and Technical Issues

How is this a bug? Most likely those workers trying to connect their Danish capital with some city they captured in Russian core. I like to see that road built as Poland or as Holy Rome.
No, they're just trying to build a road from Denmark to Norway, which is stupid. It's been 256 years and they've improved nothing but the cow.

Why do they even get Palace in Denmark? Human player starts with Oslo as their capital. Danish settler is still in the Galley.

@Leoreth Apothecary is now same as Caravanserai but without extra trade road. But while Iran has some silk to improve Persia has none. Perhaps we could replace Silk with Cotton for Persian UB?

Again Ethics/no Orthodoxy bug :sad:

EDIT: In that game both Orthodox and Catholic religions got founded in European cities of my former Persia (at the same turn at 500 AD) This happened after I won with Persia, switched to Byzantium which had a Orthodox Church but no Orthodox Missionary and no Orthodoxy in their cities until I spawned the Great Prophet and used great mission..

I saw a UN decolonization resolution for Makassar, Indonesia, to gain independence from... Indonesia. (I have a save but it's in my custom modmod branch.)
 
Amsterdam is starving and surrounded by my soldiers yet they refuse to Capitulate. I can easily capture their capital, and in every game I've ever played a Netherlands without a capital is doomed to collapse. YET THEY REFUSE TO CAPITULATE! WHY???

I also noticed that when Germany is a Soviet vassal, they're called the "Russian Democratic Republic".

Also, when owning the Brandenburg Gate, its effect also takes place when a Great General's unit is upgraded. It also restarts the counter for Mexico's UHV. Is this intentional?

Netherlands were made less likely to capitulate at some point in the development of the mod.

I have a city which is 125 percent Polish. Made a screenshot and forgot to upload it here... Will post the save tonight if needed.
I thought the reason might be starvation... they started with population of 3 and lost 1 population point.

Isn't it simply '<iVassalPowerModifier>0</iVassalPowerModifier>' in CIV4LeaderHeadInfos.xml?

And I got this one. Odessa has about 108 percent Polish, the percentage is apparently decreasing after some time has passed since they shrank to 2.

Also note that even when Odessa is producing culture, they will lose the sea square 1S1E when ending the turn. No other culture will replace it.
