Bug Reports and Technical Issues

I can't use alt+f1 to grant independence to my cities in foreign area that were founded by me. Attached a save of my Harappan Empire where I can grant independence to, say, Babylon (a city that I conquered) or release Kolkata to India (another city that I conquered) but not to Lucknow (a city that I founded in foreign area).
What exactly else did you expect? You cannot release cities you founded yourself because you are the original owner. You can only release actual civs that can currently respawn, which only applies to India right now (within the territory you control), and released civs can only receive cities in their core.

I'm not sure. You could delay the tech that is being researched at the end of the turn to see if it's the cause at least.

Another thing Island settlements do not count as colonies, like the caribbean, New Zeeland.
Looking at the continents on the map, that should not be the case. Do you have an actual case you can upload as a save file that I can investigate?

I have already made a PR in which I updated the strategy texts of all unit and buildings. (And added missing pedia texts for projects, units, buildings wonders and some more)

This is my latest save when you look at certain cities they show colony expenses (canada, australia, India), while others do not all the small island for example.

State party or totalitarian, one of the too gave me like 15 or 20 negative when picking, while i have more colonies.

Oh, it's about colony maintenance. Colony maintenance scales with the number of cities per "continent" (i.e. landmass) and it's always zero for the first city on a landmass, explaining the 0 colony maintenance for Brunei city for example.

Does Secularism enable all State Religion Wonders as long as religions are present in cities?

I switched from [Tolerance/Protestantism] to [Secularism/-None-], and was immediately able to build St. Basil's Cathedral in Rome (where there is an orthodox minority). Also Harmandir in a Hindu city, and so on. So, Secularism is the Free Buffet for all nonobsolete Religion wonders that nobody wanted to build until you switched to Secularism.

If intended, I'm not sure where that feature is documented in the Pedia.

It's intended, I'll look into how it is conveyed.

Sorry, I didn't know it was an intended change. I used to be able to release any city in foreign area (even if I founded it) before, hence the confusion.

Yes, this change was made to stop some common exploits.

Isolationism and Free Enterprise gives Outdated Civic Instability.
What makes you think that it's that particular combination? Isolationism gives outdated civic instability from the Industrial era onwards.

Updated to the latest commit today; found a few bugs. Savefiles attached below. They're one turn away, and I've named them accordingly.

BUG 1: When religions are founded, the notifications show it being founded in several different places. All those cities get a few missionaries, whether they control the holy city or not.

Spoiler Orthodoxy :

Spoiler Catholicism :

For some reason, it doesn't happen to Islam upon Arab spawn.

BUG 2: I've seen the raze-upon-collapse many times with the Harappa and the Aztec, but I don't think it's meant to happen to Korea.

Spoiler Pyongyang Auto-Raze :

I don't know if Korea will collapse the next turn, but I've attached the save anyway just in case you need it.

This effect is not limited to any particular civilisations but can target all cities that are two tiles apart, if the lesser city has a particular population and culture.

I will investigate the religion founding notifications.
