This is probably frustrating to hear, but I just got a turn 1 "processing city states" freeze playing on archipelago in the new version. I'd include logs in this post, but I completely forgot how to get them, so I'm going to go look that up now and then get back to you with them.

Update: So I went through the config file enabling what seemed to be all relevant logging settings...and now everything seems to be working fine. I feel I should point out that I cleared everything (mods, cache, and saves) and re-installed multiple times before reporting this in the first place. Archipelago maps froze turn one every time. Now that I've enabled logs to see why it's happening though...it doesn't seem to be happening at all. I've progressed to turn two just fine across several attempts to re-create the issue. I have no idea what to say about that.

I think I've got it figured out. My other fix worked if you have logging enabled, but it seems that I missed a check for logging on one debug note. I'll fix and upload a new version shortly (also a new CBP with a few smaller changes).

Free library from Great Library doesn't count towards required building for School of Philosphy. Bit surprised it hasn't been reported yet, then again it might be a bit unusual to build Great Library before you get a regular library in any of your other cities.

The few times I actually manage to get the great library I usually get it before library in other cities. On the other hand I usually delay my national college greatly so that may be why I never noticed it.


On the other hand I have an issue that may or may not be a bug. The freedom tenent giving you a free hospital in all cities only actually gives you a hospital in all cities you own, not any you conquer or build after that. That is how it is worded, but I still feel like this shouldn't be the case.
 
I noticed that the Order tenant that gave universities was doing the same thing, so I think it might be intended. That said, the order tenant that gives museums applies to future cities, so really I have no idea which is supposed to happen.

Anyway, I actually came here to report a strange bug with Carthage. The UA seems to have randomly stopped giving me free harbors in coastal cities. Unfortunately I wasn't paying close enough attention to be able to say exactly when this happened. I imagine this can't be intended, since the UA very clearly states that all new coastal cities will get a free harbor.

I'm experiencing a very odd bug. All of my yield icons have turned to food! I'm rooting around for logs now.

This pair is spammed several times. All of the mods are from a fresh install, and I'm using the full suite CP+CBP+CSD+C4D+Lux+E&D.

Ah, right. So nothing is horribly wrong, I'm just forgetful this time around. Never made such a mistake, hence never commenting before. Thank you for the (admittedly obvious) answer.

No worries. The yield icon cache is stored in the, well, cache, so not deleting it means that the yield icons don't load!

I'm experiencing a thing where I get practically nothing from help city-states. I found a natural wonder for one and got 3 influence and than I cleared an encampment and got 6.

Yep - seems I dropped a 100 in the multiplier for PoP and the Patronage policy. I'll roll out a patch for it.

Heh. I'm a historian currently in the writing phase of a big project, so I tend to work (and not work) at random hours. DLL work is my time to get away from writing and focus on numbers and logic.
