I am really curious how does a historian know how to write game codes..
I took some courses in college, and then taught myself the rest out of curiosity.

Strangely, I find myself unable to revoke protection of city-states. It even has a negative value in the "for at least XX more turns." Burcharest has been protected for 32 turns beyond the minimum, and I still can't revoke for them.
I assume that the immense influence penalty for quests is intended, however?
Yes, using EUI. I've poked around, but I can't seem to find a source for the problem. Using the compatibility files and whatnot as I'm supposed to. Full suite as I mentioned earlier: CP+CBP+CSD+C4D+Lux+E&D. I haven't run into this bug before, so I'm fairly confused.
Edit: Tested without EUI. Problem still occurs.
Second Edit: Tested with only CP+CSD. Problem still occurs.
When AI offers you gold for free and you accept they always refuse saying that I try to fool them. Maybe it is quite funny (ha, ha) but can we do something with it?

That's a flaw in Civ 4 DF, unfortunately. I need to look at it, as the problem has been a part of that mod for some time.

Posted a bug on github about population from ruins not triggering on-growth effects like goddess of love, making that particular ruins reward actively detrimental. For this thread I have a question on something that feels like a bug, but could also be intended. In my latest game (as India) Sweden seems to be quite aggressive, which seems at odds with the abilities of the civ. Gustavus has taken policies entirely in might and has made DoFs with nobody, even when everyone else has been getting along great. Is his AI intentionally flavored that way? If so, that seems rather counterproductive.
So, I'm not sure if this is a 'bug' or if I'm just installing these wrong, but my technology tree is screwed up graphically. I'm able to continue to learn techs along it, but it looks like this:

I have the Community Patch, Community Balance Patch, City States Diplomacy Mod, Civ 4 Diplomacy Features, Events and Decisions, Trades Routes Enhancements Mod, and LUAJIT installed. I don't have EUI installed at all. Is this an obviously fixable thing that I screwed up somehow? I've also tried clearing my cache, my moduserdata, etc.
Todays batch.
1. There are quite a few Pantheons that only works for the founder. Mainly the ones giving you faith based on gold/science income and the one that gives you faith for every luxury owned. Probably a few others but I'm not really in the mood to test pantheonbeliefs(Especially since the the only realistic way to test is is hoping that your neighbor gets it and spreads it to you)
2. There are a few Pantheons that stick with you even if you don't found a religion and even if all your cities gets converted to another religion. I've only tested this with 'Goddess of Festivals' but I'm pretty sure there are others.
3. There are a few beliefs that act this way aswell. The reformationbelief 'One true faith' for example. Even if you lose the religion in all cities you'll still get the extra votes, and no one you convert will ever get them.
4. I just saw Venice build a wonder in a puppeted city, and I have no idea how they managed to do that.
Looks like a particular tech or ability is messing up - this is definitely a lua issue. What's the Trade Route enhancements mod? Also, did you install the 'compatibility' mods for CSD and C4DF that come with the downloads?

I'll look at these issues. What was the wonder, if I may ask?
