I'll look at broken promises issue. You aren't the first to report it.

CTD probably related to the errors for the future unit. Probably broke the promotions of the CBP.

Restart button can crash because of how civ handles custom dlls. This known and unavoidable.

Venice issue sounds like a quirk of it being a double capital.

You can have over 100% monopoly from buildings and policies that increase resources without changing resources on map. Two players or more can therefore have a monopoly.

City selling was worked on for latest version.

Barb in camp? Barbs don't leave camps. Barb workers need work yes.

I'll look st CBP lua.

Looks like Elizabeth's brain got damaged after I won a war with her.
She's complaining about a promise I didn't make. We didn't talk at all after signing peace.

Aha!!! another one... not only that, but that "promise" you did not make will renew itself forever... watch it happening and confirm so that G can finally try to find the bug.

What building or policy could give me exactly one extra copy of lapis lazuli? I also had only 2 whales, but the game said I had 3 (not a monopoly). When I conquered Venice and got another whale, the game still said I had 3 (which is now correct).

I have confirmed it is definitely the CBP causing the issue. Tried adding MODS one by one, and it is fine until I add that one. The game actually works, but no tech tree items show past Classical. At first I thought this was a feature (fog of war on Tech so to speak), but after researching all the "visible" techs, the issue remained.

Is there anything else I can try? Would love to get this mod working, the time I did play with it I really enjoyed the new gameplay.

Looks like you are missing some of the DLC, probably Polynesia. You need all the leader DLC.

Not sure if bug or an issue with wording. Sacred Path seems to count each category separately. I have a city with 3 Jungle, 1 Forest in ring 2, and receive 1 culture 1 faith. Rewording it to say "2 jungle or 2 forest" would clarify that it is two separate categories. If it's intended to be one inclusive category, it is not functioning correctly.

East India Company doubles resources around city you build it. That'll do it.

It won't happen again - England is eliminated.
Need info. Was it a saved game, or s continuous run? Any other mods?
It was a saved game of a game, started with the latest version (Nov 5). I think I loaded about 20 turns before she complained (we were still at war).
CBP full installation, no other mods.
 
Not sure if bug or feature: Byzantium's Basilica does not require a Shrine to be built. The building requirement is a Monument.

I realized I am using a steam version of "no future units". I found a similar version on http://www.picknmixmods.com/mods/05ed586b-8b02-43fb-95ec-910be42a4b76/mod.html, so, I (unfortunately) restarted the game using that version as Pick's mods are compatible with CPB.

I started a new game, and instead of burning through hundreds of turns waiting for a crash, I decided to check the database log.

That's a normal bug with EUI. Mod data isn't all loaded in the leader screen stuff. Can't control that unfortunately.

I am finding similar "errors". Suffice to say, I am at a loss. :-\

It is because the picknmix mod is loading before the CBP. The easiest of possible ways to get rid of those two units would be to give them a cost of -1 in the CBP. Go to the Units folder in the CBP and open the unit cost sql file in a word processor. Search for xcom and mech, and change their cost values to -1. Save and close and it should remove them.

I think it might be in the base game, but when it's another civs turn they will offer a trade, when you except the trade they won't like that and refuse it and if you ask "What will you give me for this?" they usually refuse it, it has happened a few times.

Edit: NVM, I think it's a trade renewal that they refuse.
