Well, Rhye is RHYE so he must have worked for Firaxis. I think he made the Greek World scenario, or am I utterly wrong in this?

The world map that shipped with Civ4 also was made by the Rhye himself. I don't remember if he was involved with anything for Warlords, other than testing.

I know this has been mentioned before but I wil mention it again. I played as america, spain then france in 3 separate games. All worked fine. I went to a new, 4th game, with america and I start with no tech. no matter how many times I restart a new US game I have no tech. What do I need to fix?

A patch will be coming out with a fix.
Huh, it looks likes you installed the mod incorrectly. I would suggest uninstalling Warlords and any Warlords mods you have, then reinstalling Warlords. After that, "install" the RFC mod by unzipping it to your desktop. Then, drag the RFC directory to your freshly installed warlords/mods directory and try loading. If it still errors out, let us know!

I tried uninstalling Warlords and reinstalling it, but I get an error every time I try to reinstall and I can't play Warlords at all now.
EDIT: Okay, I have managed to reinstall Warlords, but I still get the same error message with the mod that I was getting before.

Have you tried to download again the mod? And what version of Warlords are you playing? Remember that RFCW only works in version 2.08 . I can't remember if the error was the same, but I was unable to play RFCW for a lot of time because of this.

For added clarification, 193 is for Vanilla. Warlords is 143.
