I'm happy with the result, came out fast and easy even though practically everything is handwork. From those ancient Egyptian times to this day.

This is a good building for production, tax and/or luxury increase and it surely adds happy faces. Possibly doubles city growth rate by indirect effects and certainly reduces war weariness. Brewery requires Barley resource (is there one?) and must be near water.
Negative factors could be unhappy faces especially day after, but then again you can heal this with the same poison. If there'd be flags for increases corruption and propaganda I'd probably would use them though.
