C2C SVN Changelog

No idea! If you give me the save game I'll dig and try to find out (though not as top priority right now - WFoC first if you still have one (?), then dealing with stupid AI naval builds since people have started complaining about it and I've been meaning to do it fo weeks)

There was an element mising in the DTD for the improvement schema included in the lobster resource module, which caused XML errors on startup for me. I have pushed a fix to the schema file (looks like it was based on a pre-AND copy)
 

This city displays fine for me when I load this save game. That suggests it's a graphical assets issue of some sort, which is typically the only thing that would differ between our setups. Is it happening at all your cities? If not see if you can spot anything distinct about the ones it is happening at that would affect the icons/text that normally appears here (espionage, religions, corporations, defense, etc.)
 
OK thx (yes that new file fixed that problem);), I just tried the game for WfoC, just alittle while ago, and it still just sits there?, no new dll was in last push since 327?

btw anyone, when did this "commence symbol" start appearing, i have NEVER seen it before? Or really never paid attention?

I just got on the SVN bandwagon and I get the same thing now in every city in every game. The city defense icon thing has been replaced with a red commerce symbol, but it's only in that location that it has been changed. Inside the city screen for example the symbol there is normal.

OK, i removed the resources folder in the modules area completely. Until we can figure out what the heck is going on here with the errors.
Revised the MLF file in the modules area.

Removed GST and DEFCON civics completely.

New FPK

AMENDED:


Placed back in Mammoth and Rabbits, Tar Pit and Bones.
 
Changed Civics Limitations and some war weariness:

Anarchism (5) - Chiefdom (8) - Despotism (11) - Monarchy (17) - Republic (20) - the rest (Unlimited)

War weariness decreased in Democracy/Federal to: +50%/+75%

Tar Pits and Fossils (Bones) are Terrain Features not true resources so they should not go over the resource limit. Please put them back in.

As a general point - if we need to take modules out on a temporary basis rather than deleting them just edit the ModularLoadingControls XML - makes for WAY less uploading and downloading

This is as of version 347.

Going to try to update to 348 to see if it fixes it.

EDIT: Nope i get the same error.

This really sucks since I don't have another version to use.

EDIT2: I re-download the C2C.FPK and it seems to now work. I think i just had a bad download.

- Fixed it so Closed Borders don't allow Foreign Corporations in.

- Accidentally had coast requirements for the new hunting building. I removed the requirement.

- Added 8 new Crime Buildings ...

1. Assassin's Den
2. Chop Shop
3. Drug Lord's Mansion
4. Mob Storefront
5. Pirate's Cove
6. Rebel's Camp
7. Smuggler's Shanty
8. Terrorist's Compound

- Updated the Dig Sites to use the new Bone/Fossil terrain feature.

Now i am getting it again. Grrr. Why is my game sometimes starting and sometimes not?

EDIT: Gah! :mad: This is so frustrating! How can I test my work if the mod will not even load!?!?! [pissed]
