C2C SVN Changelog

@SO - latest SVN has both Astrolabe and Navigation techs giving 'can trade across ocean'. Since Navigation requires Astrolabe to reach it, it is pointless to have this on both.

Also Microbiology has "can build farms without irrigation" this is a left over from biology tech. Please remove that from microbiology tech since biology already gives this.
 
Changed the stuff that was in the art/terrain and placed them in the CORE LST.FPK

Also re-arranged the GameInfo Options, so you WILL have to re-check your checkmarks, for Game Options because they WILL be wrong.
 
Another thing I noticed while playing yesterday that seem a bit off: Leonardo's workshop is enabled by 'Oil paintings'.

Leonardo was a polymath, and can be seen as both a great scientist and a great artist. However, in game terms having a clearly art tech give rise to a clearly science wonder feels wrong. I would move the workshop to either Invention (it used to have a similar wonder I think, but currently doesn't) or perhaps Anatomy.

Forgot to mention these because i bought a NEW 32" monitor for modding purposes of C2C.

That is NOT a good idea. GameOptionTypes is a fixed enum in the DLL so the reordering does not reorder the functionality.

We could change the Python that displays them to sort them alphabetically or something though...

I don't think that display is actually in the Python code. At least I have not found it (although funny enough there is one for Pitboss so the options display problem there someone reported can be fixed).

What we could do though is change the order in the DLL enum in sync with the XML.
 
@StrategyOnly, please redo your C2C.FPK without the art/cutscenes folder in it.

BTW I thought we were in a freeze period when no one was to add new stuff - looks at all te new resources by Hydro.
