C2C SVN Changelog

I am talking about the regular SVN copy, i also made another NEW SVN copy, just to make sure and poof, those errors are there also from the Load Screen pedia still. If i take out the NEW dll, and replace it with the old one, poof its works, i can see the tech information and the Great Wonder information??

Am doing an export also. But i have never had any trouble before with the SVN copy i had?

See attached: The one marked with the arrows is the one causing the problems. The other one works fine.


EDIT: OK just did a brand new Export less than a minute ago, and the dll thats there is the one causing the problems.

I don't know then - I can't reproduce any issues at all. What is everyone else finding? Working? Same as SO?

Edit - just took a closer look at your screenshot. The DLL is dated 9:39PM on the 19th. However, the last ne uploaded was on the 20th.

Edit2 - just checked the download on the patch thread again - its dated the 20th. So your screenshot cannot have been with the latest DLL unless your clock on your PC is way off..?
 
I just did an update Again for the SVN and it list the 19th as the lastest?? Just now?? Did a Show Log, and nothing listed for the 20th?:crazyeye:



EDIT : You have one listed in the Patch section for the 20th but NOT the SVN?



EDIT EDIT: OK i used the Patch Thread dll dated the 20th and YES that works, but like i said, it wasn't pushed to the SVN.

Ah - I was short on time this morning, must have forgotten. Glad we sorted that mystery out though. I'll push it when I get back to Civ later this afternoon

*shakes fist* Please do not do that again. :p I know everyone makes mistakes but man that like killed the SVN version of C2C for a day. Good thing you are such a talented modder. ;)

All joking aside that was kind of scary. I was afraid we reached some sort of modding limit just like the resource limit. I wonder if there is a limit for other things like buildings or units or civics. I sure hope not.

Ha! I'll try not to, but since everything was working for me (I tested autoplay 500 turns from game start, autoplay 20 turns my current game, autoplay 20 turns in two test games from other people, and played a bit live - so I think that's really as much testing as could reasonably be expected) it's not like I really had any way to spot my mistake until people started complaining and we had to cast around for reasons. Having said that...sorry...these things happen - just hopefully not very often ;-)

SVN Diff: If you have modified your working copy of a file just right click on it and select SVN... Diff and it will show you the changes between what you have, and the current SVN rev version. If you want to see the exact changes in any rev choose SVN...show log, select the rev you are interested in and the bottom pane shows the files changed. In that list select the file you are interested in (right click) and choose 'show changes' - that will show you exactly what changed in that rev for that file.
 
Added in some sea improvements - a becon and lighthouse for reefs and a kelp harvester. I do need some graphics and I may have to change the name of the lighthouse on the reef since the pedia is linking to the building instead.
 
Mammoth is still not placed on maps. Is this a problem of map scripts?
Sometimes Walrus, too. I can see many sea lions, though.

Crocs can be subdued? Never ever happened for me :-(

In an earlier build of the mod (v9 maybe) I used to get them all the time. Now I haven't gotten any.

But if Wooden Boats can get the Hunting promotions, that should help??
