An unhealthy city of size one has always been starving. Adding one in City will not change that.
An unhappy city in the start is usually also unhealthy.
Besides a city of pop 1 can not starve to a smaller size.

Agreed. I don't see this as cause to add 1 to the city itself when we have such ease of access to cheap food generating buildings.

- Fix Galapagos Penguin typo

- Minor other fixes to which animal can build which set of story buildings

- Some work on making Mammoths completely modular (only one thing remains to be done - art styles)

- Fix Initial Military Promotions to make sure the unit can get the promotion before assigning it.

- New optional module by Camber allowing the Hippodrome wonder to be built later. It is in the My_Mods (unloaded) folder and is called Chariot_fix just move it to the My_Mods folder to use.​
