Are you kidding? I have 51 day turns because I'm in the "Industrial" segment of the calendar (on Eons). I can't believe that a wonkier calendar than yours exists:p.
Toffer remade new speeds from scratch.

Also calendar is good - its based on tech tree.
On eons you should get one tech per 16 turns on average
On 4000th turn tech leader should be in Medieval era, 8000th turn - Atomic era, 12000th turn - Nanotech era approximately (Eons speed).
By 16000th turn you should reach end of tech tree.

You would need much more steps to make calendar go in "round" time steps while trying to fit tech tree.
 
No one won a complete game for now, its hard alone by scale.
How far through the tech tree has an Eternity Deity player got? If they all give up by Medieval due to boredom or instability, to say no-one has won on those settings, isn't saying a lot.

The next Picture shows Cartago Scout and Tracker ,meanwhile the 15. Duo he send to me , all destroyed , each time one Military Captive for me.
Why does he not send stronger Bodyguards for his Hunting Party? It is so sad....

20 000 turn game speed isn't that attractive, if tech rate was balanced on whole game - average one per 20 turns, especially with 3 - 5 minutes turn times

So if Pit gets tech per 8 turns on average on Eternity, then effectively its same as playing on Marathon GS (8 turns per tech would be good here) with Eternity modifiers and wonky calendar.

I get techs in about 15-25 turns in prehistoric as world leader with 4 citys currently. (Only 9 turns for cheap tattoo tech far behind)

How far through the tech tree has an Eternity Deity player got? If they all give up by Medieval due to boredom or instability, to say no-one has won on those settings, isn't saying a lot.

Arihant is in modern era. But not with latest SVN.

@TaylorItaly Ah eternity ok, to much options enabled for very hard game.

Maybe someone can do a option for the mod, "Hard early conquest" Making all capital citys of all civs +200% defense by palace. For gamers that want it extra hard, so no chance to get ahead a bit in early game.

Also maybe there can be done a option for mod: "Increased tech cost" Double the tech cost for extra slow research.

Also as said before, no one needs calendar, there is a bug option to display turns only and disable calendar, if someone likes.

BUG/PROBLEM:

I updated to latest svn, most conflicted files looked like PPIO will be updated now but these conflicted other xml's are a problem?

Fixed: All fixed now by redownloading complete svn.

BUG/PROBLEM:

@Toffer90 @raxo2222 @Thunderbrd Is this a bug now or normal? One colored AI flags? Need to start a new game after v39 or can i continue my savegame? 2 Screenies...

Damn, graphic engine/map loading has improved, map loading is fast now when moving arround on minimap, may fix some crashes. Good job.

Only some AI flags are bugged now... screenie 4, savegame or mod problem? Australia is ok, aborigines bugged also ... screenie 5

New game, same problem, so looks like a mod bug/problem, is only on some civs.

There is problem with flags if you use Low Resolution Textures in graphic options.

Also you need to download SVN from scratch.

If you were already playing with PPIO, then there is no need to delete User Settings.

I am on high textures. SVN is from scratch. Only thing i dont did was deleting the user settings... is that needen when downloading SVN from scratch?

Are you using at least medium render quality too?

If you were using PPIO before, then there was no need to delete User Settings folder.
 
No dont helps, also its only on some civs, so most likely a mod bug. Settings screenie... also changing resolution will not fix that.

So looks like somehow FPK repackaging or something broke some civ flags.
 
Damn -37 gold now after update with 3 conquered citys after update, dont tell me again its easy. :crazyeye: On 0% research. :crazyeye::crazyeye::crazyeye: City number maintenance cost and unit handicap has been increased. Will slow down my economy alot and makes early conquering bit harder.

Deleted entire svn folder and redownloaded it... very unlikely, hmm load UEM 3.8 scenario, you have missing flag on brasil civ with latest svn?

I updated some days before to latest nvidia drivers, hmm check if you have the problem also when you start new UEM 3.8 game please.

I started new game in random map, brasil flag looks normally.

Pit, change all ERA_PREHISTORIC to ERA_ANCIENT for SVN users in your map.
It was done so Prehistoric era would be default era in game options selection (generated maps) for first time C2C players, or when you come from another mod/vanilla.
ERA_ANCIENT was changed to ERA_SEDENTARY by the way.

Weirdly this happens on your map but not on generated maps....

It would be wise to also delete the contents of the cache folder. C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\My Games\Beyond the Sword\cache .

And yes Now it will be harder.:mischief::D
 
Deleting the cache dont helps, something completly broken now on starting a new game, no possibility to change research slider, getting of BTS beta in steam dont helps also, what is causing this? Screenie... loading savegame only the flag bug

Looks like this PREHISTORIC stuff is causing the problem... error in pyton log

Are you getting any python errors? Have you turned on python logging? Interface is handled by python.

This change was done because the BtS.exe expect ERA_ANCIENT to be the first era, and it caused a minor issue with what is the default era in custom game setup for first time players.

I'm pretty sure python is failing here because there are problems with your scenario related to some changes like this.
I don't think anything else has been changed that could cause problems with your scenario.
