I am on turn 1100 and have 6 citys, only turn 3400 and 650 citys lol, thats why you game on eternity. Also you can stop the game in atomic era by making the next tech very costly. Good job getting so deep into. If you update to much it may fail after a while.
He should be in Ancient era according to calendar :p
 
Yes is because he started on very old svn before the timeline changes and before the performance changes.
Wow its really old - he has unresearched techs like Abstract Mathematics or Managment
 
Quern is stone age hand quern building now, is called in game quern currently, so no river access need for that. Thats just two stones put together to make flour of grain by rotating it by hand. You can have 100 of that in a city. Windmill quern also dont needs river access, only a water mill needs river access. Windmill and watermill may give more food/flour because ist a automatic process powered by wind or water/river access.

Ah it may not work because the building is upgraded and next building needs a river acces? Well handquern should be seperated as building and not upgrade then. Makes sense because can be still used in some homes also if there is a wind or watermill.
And it is an excellent way to destroy your teeth, because the flour will contain stone dust.

But... they had better teeth than we today... well really that invention and toxic sugar and so on killed alot of teeth. Damn and my teeth too in the video (Washington) also.

Damn. :goodjob: Rock n Roll... if i ever will reach these city sizes lol? Looks good, but you really need to play a more world style, go found military bases arround the world and keep a peacefull world, not only gaming local, much more interesting gameplay, if you build a superpower you should be ready to react anywhere in the world, look as USA did and china is doing now globaly, beside your local area. I m building up a superpower now and try to get strategic locations arround the world asap. For endless game, trying to keep the world peacefull and keep my worldleader position, but on deity + eternity. Is hard now. :king::crazyeye::thumbsup:
 
I will, later, maybe. I play with option high to five, where every 25 turn one weakeast civilisation disappear until there are five left. Than my expansion begins( or nuclear war hahaha:devil:). You cant play with your style of game. Half of civilisations must be destroyed before renaissance era. After this era there is big slow down for game turns and high chance of MAF and game crashing. 450+ cities is just too much for this mod.

In one of my games a played as peacefull religious spreading egyptians:egypt:. Not a single one civ destroyed, still in mediaval era. Only ways of victory are religious or diplomatic. But waiting and hoping some day moders boost inquisitioners . Its really hard to get rid of others religions in foreigners cities. Only way is throught war( not a option for peacefull egyptians :) ) or using spies (too slow and costly, others religions spread too fast).

BTW little report bug: wiki says tactical fusi convert plot on water with all units and cities on it. Too bad it doesnt, just work as any other ICBM. :(

Known bug. It was disabled because when it splits an Area (landmass or water mass) it causes a crash.

@raxo2222 could you put that bug on the list for us to look into?

The mechanic also lacked code that moved coast, sea and ocean terrains accordingly to the new coastlines created.
1. Coast terrain must have an adjacent land terrain, but never an adjacent ocean terrain
2. Sea terrain must have an adjacent coast terrain, but never an adjacent land terrain.
3. Ocean terrain can never be adjacent to land or coast terrains.

You can game my style. :thumbsup: Mod performance is increased and the team working on bringing C2C to boldly go where no one has gone before and increasing the performance further. And if you get a crash you can go in WB and delete a civ by one click if needed, then you tell your self they got killed by a pandemic. Your crashes are mostly currently because you startet on a very old SVN and updated alot.

What i will do currently is maybe make the next tech after atomic era unaffordable or one era later, so game will stay in atomic era until multimap dream will come thrue for planets. Or go to war and destroy citys dont keep them. Letz call it world population growth controls, as the chinese will call it. :goodjob:

So its a global earth simulator now what may become a galaxy simulator.

No, because no preset civs sucks, i did a version before any you always start in the same region china with the civ you select to start. Dosent matter wich one you select to start with.

BUG/PROBLEM:

Hmm can we have a function build into mod to remove a promotion from a unit? Like you move the unit into a city and then you can kill a promotion you dont want to have that unit anymore?

Retraining is a project that's been in development for a while. There's some coding in place for it already but it's hung up on other priorities at the moment. I'm not 100% sure I want to implement it as I had originally planned, and if I do, it will require some building development before it can be turned on in full.
 
BUG/PROBLEM:

Trackers still can enter plots with military captives with normal national melee units in plot killing the captives, scouts cant. Trackers can move thrue normal units or other hunters. Well makes it a bit interesting but look into if you dont want that. Tryed to guard my captives and slaves with a hunter and field commander, tracker moved in or attacked and killed the captives. Only thing that helps is putting in a neanderthal warrior, so no one can enter the plot with the captives.
