I cannot check this model now but I removed only one input in NIF file: teamcolor.bmp from horse mesh
Yeah it works for me, the horse is now brown.
Why is there no longer a Highwayman? He may have been OP but there's a huge gap from Bandit Rider to Outlaw now (room for two units I would've thought). He could have been toned down (Str 13-16 and/or no Commando) rather than removed.

red blobs usually mean there is something wrong in the art defines file usually one of the paths is not right or the name of the file. Same goes for the missing pedia page. Check that the name of the art define is the same no double underscores in any for example.
Sorry but it really looks like you mean 'Spearman' here. Can you please confirm either way (it makes a difference to my text at the very least)
ETA: I'm also wondering what effect Mobility promotion has on a 1-move unit.
If it is a robot, what is it's body made of? I think it should also require one or more of the following: Copper, Bronze, Iron, Steel Wares, Wood, Prime Timber, Bamboo...
I cannot get the Automaton graphics to work - same as the Kora-Kora except the button doesn't work either. There's nothing wrong with them - they work in Nifskope/DXTbmp. Could it be a permissions problem? Or a caching problem?
