Recently, I've been having a problem with my C3C games: they crash. A short time into the game (between 10 and 20 minutes), the entire affair locks up the whole computer.
This does not occur unless I am playing the game. There is no adware or spyware on my computer. There are no viruses.
The CD itself is in pristine condition. I checked. Twice. The computer does not have sound, although that's only because the speakers aren't hooked up. Internally, nothing should be malfunctioning.
I did download the Ancient Mediterranean Mod and played around with the files integral to it in the C3C scenarios folder. Replaced the README files and put in the new scenarios, and whatnot.
Any suggestions about how to fix this?
