Looking in the editor, they cost 20. However, you have to multiply the cost of Wonders and Improvements by 10 to get the ingame cost. Therefore, SE costs 200 shields.

MGL wouldn't count against the number of armies you have, as they aren't armies, and they have other uses, besides making armies(like rush SW).

BTW thank you for bearing with me and answering all these questions.

No problem

I've never seen a volcano pollute more than one tile away so i just never build next to them. When it blows it will destroy a city and any units on the tile it chooses to pollute. The AI doesn't seem to know about this and i have seen many an AI city destroyed.

Once you have the max # of armies, the game just won't let you build another. You can always use your MGLs for other things. Disbanding an army gives you 100 shields but if you try it in a city building something that can't be rushed, it just disappears.

The unit stats show how many movement points are left but it is rounded down to the next lowest whole number. This can be used as a guide. Movement into enemy territory uses at least one full point, maybe more, depending on the terrain you are moving onto.

Your F7 screen should tell you when the wonder was built.

And if you look at the wonder inside the city view, and there are yellow gold pieces, this means that it's generating that many gold per turn. As opposed to red gold pieces, which means it costs that much per turn.

Also, it should be noted that enemy roads can work for your units, if they're wheeled units. You don't get the movement bonus from them, but you can use the to transport wheeled units through terrain that they need a road for.

TAs always generate gold, to the best of my knowledge.

And I'm pretty sure that it isn't affected by corruption.

As for how much gold they make:

1000 years to 1500 years: +2 gpt
1501 - 1750 : +4
1751 - 1875 : +6
1876 - 2000 : +8
2001 - 2250 : +10
2251 - 2500 : +12
> 2500 : +14

So you can tell when it was built from the f7 screen. Determine how many years since it's been built, and that will tell you how much gpt it generates.

 Wow, so those ancient Wonders can really be profitable if you get them finished early enough!!! :D

Turner, I can correct you - TA gold IS affected by corruption. I have captured many a capital cities away from home only to find that instead of getting 14gpt from TAs, I only get 2gpt or something small.

I figured as much. I did notice after posting that the gold awarded by the TA is added to the overall commerce. Which means it should be affected by bonus', shouldn't it?

AFAIK, the civ3 AI has never managed to stuff up the calculation of what a continent is. ;) One of the very few things it never gets wrong!

Here is the link. It is called CRPSuite.
As well, Civassist II sounds absolutely incredible from the screenshots I've seen and raves I've heard.
