C3C PBEM : CeD - Rise of Rome scenario-based PBEM

Battle Report:
Killed two Greek Galleys near Cyprus. Lost one of my own.
Killed two Greek Heavy Cavalry in the Caucuses Mountains. No losses
Noticed the Greeks razed a city I was about to recapture. I was under the impression this was a "no raze" game, but when I look back over the first page, I didn't see anything, so I must have been mistaken...

New turn started.

There was no rule about razing. It is not as important as in Napoleonic or WWII Pacific since there are settlers but I am open for any rule here...

Large battles in Lybia and near Sardis (6 NM, 2 immortals and 7 HC dead for the loss of 1 HC) but the Caucasus commando has gone into oblivion.

I've noticed there was a city razed when I came back from holiday, I think razing should be allowed here, why not? It was used very often in those days and there are settlers.

Got the turn, will do it tomorrow.

I don't want to change the rules now. We can build settlers. I razed a city about 30 turns ago.

Battle Report:
Killed 3 Greek Hoplites and an Elite Heavy Cav near Alexandria. 1 H.C. loss. Prepared Alexandria for a siege.

Battle report:

Carthage:
Killed 3 NM in the westfront, dropped your army in south italy from 17 hp to 1, then it retreated. Lost 1 legionary in the last battle.

Finally going again!
Killed 6 (mostly wounded) Greek Heavy Cavalry near Alexandria. Lost 2 HC.

To all: I finally got my computer up and running. It had a problem that made the computer constantly reboot and there was nothing I could do. I had to wipe my hard drive and reinstall Windows XP. I am currently downloading all patches, drivers, and reinstalling all my programs. I should be able to play again real soon. Thanks for being patient.
