It is possible in an epic PBEM but quite difficult in a scenario PBEM because of choices, preferences or randomization of powers, hence not relly possible here.

@Romeo : you just select it, click send and exit. The person will then see it and make a counter-proposition and select accept. If you agree, click accept, if you don't, add or retract something and send again.
Easier to deal with it by e-mail then select the lux, click accept and send, the other person should do the same to you.

That's why I traded for all Sweden gold it is just so much easier unlike when dealing with human opponents and I got what I wanted right away...
