C3C PBEM : "Regulus" - Rise of Rome scenario (level : newbees)

We killed a Gar in Luna.

Here are some pictures for the lurkers.

Here is the mini map.

Here is the power screen. Have a look at what has happened to Rome since Persia andCarthage have had an allaince against Rome. While Accoding to the screenie I have more power than Persia, this is because I simply have been just taking out the outer lying cities cities whereas he is taking out the core cities which is a much more imopressive feat. You should be able to see this from the mini map. I have taken more cities but they were poorly defended compared to the outer lying cities.

Ok OK I admit we made a mistake not supporting the Macedonians. Too many Persians and Carthaginians to contend with. Not enough Romans.

We took Lugdunum, La Tene and Luna. We did not lose a single unit. We did have an eliet HC retreat from a defending Archer. :crazyeye: We also killed two Gars outside of La Tene and Caesarea and we captured a catapult.

Throwing the troops at the enemy. Everybody is an enemy. Wheres my fiddle?
Burned the capitol to the ground in a fit of pique.

Had some problems with my ISP and been offline. Back to work today but won't be online at home for about a week. If you can use work e-mail for now s.bell at tees.ac.uk I can play and post the next day.

OK Guys. I'm back at last. Sorry for the delay.
I've sent what I think is the right save.

GPS 120AD, turn 95.

We took Nicopolis as it was empty. We killed a Legion 3 without losing a scratch to my attacking HC and we killed the galley that transported it and a Gar to my shores, I lost a galley in the attack. We also killed a Gar outside of Lutetia.

We built the Forbidden palace and it greatly improved our commerce. We got 100 gpt extra as a result. :wow:
